The 2022 Hill Family Estate Rosé of Pinot Noir invites you to savor the charm of a delightful dry Rosé. Crafted from grapes harvested at Knittle Vineyard, the wine embodies the unique character of the vintage. The whole cluster pressing technique was employed, with the press halted at 1.2 Bar to capture the optimal juice color. Fermentation occurred with Actiflore Rose yeast, followed by a cold fermentation in stainless tanks. The result is a Rosé with enticing aromas of kiwi, guava, and orange blossom. On the palate, it unfolds with crispness and dryness, delivering vibrant citrus and strawberry flavors that culminate in a clean and invigorating finish.
