When will my order arrive?
Your order is processed 2 business days after submitting your order. Deliveries typically arrive between 3-7 business days after processing depending on the destination zip code.
For deliveries to MI delivery times take up to 15 business days.
Seller reserves the right to hold shipments in adverse weather conditions.
Is an adult signature required at delivery?
Yes. Alcohol deliveries require a face-to-face signature by
someone over the age of 21, at the time of delivery.
We recommend shipping to a business address or an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery.
Three delivery attempts will be made before the shipment is returned to our
warehouse.
The carrier will impose a $40 fee to reship your package.
Do I have to be a member to shop?
Anyone 21 or older can shop our great selection of wines.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime directly on your account page, by contacting customer support here (support@wineofthemonthclub.com) or by calling 1-800-949-9463 8am-5pm PT, Monday through Friday.
By submitting your order for an Ongoing Membership you authorize to process the recurring charge to the credit or debit card you have provided until you cancel. You may cancel at any time. The recipient will receive no further shipments as of that date.
If a shipment has already been processed prior to cancellation, it will be shipped as normal and the customer will not receive another shipment thereafter. If no shipment is in transit when you cancel, but your account contains funds owed to you, we will post the funds to your credit or debit card within 3 business days.
Recurring billing will only happen with Ongoing orders. If you select prepaid shipments, your membership will end after the selected number of shipments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Is the cost of shipping included?
Prices of our wines do not include shipping charges.
Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs, the cost of
which varies depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and number of shipments.
If buyer asks seller to arrange shipping, then the
appropriate shipping charges will appear in the shopping cart during checkout.
Where do you ship?
We are unable to ship to AL, AR, DE, MS, SD, UT or other zip codes in which alcohol cannot be shipped. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military APOs/FPOs/DPOs/MPOs or international addresses.
