2022 Quai Des Gabarres Red Bordeaux
2021 J. Wilkes Lagrein Red Paso Robles
Machine picked, the fruit was fermented on skins and pumped over twice daily to ensure maximum extraction of colour and flavour. Once dry the wine was pressed and pumped to new and used oak barrels to complete malo-lactic fermentation. On completion of malo-lactic fermentation the wine was racked off lees and then transferred back to oak for 18 months of final barrel maturation. Oak used was a mixture of new (25%) & second shave fine grained French and American barrels.
2021 Le Vigne Winery Cuvée' Proprietary Estate Red Wine Paso Robles
Ripe tropical fruits, honeydew melon, and a gentle touch of chamomile intertwine with lively hints of citrus, creating an aromatic dance that captures the senses. On the palate, crisp apple and succulent white peach intertwine, while the delicate allure of lemon curd adds a zesty brightness.
2023 Rhone Wolf White Wine Sierra Foothills
To the nose, this Hans Baer white wine reveals all sorts of apple musts and dried apricot. On the palate, Hans Baer's Riesling starts pleasantly dry, grippy and aromatic. Light-footed and multifaceted, this crisp white wine presents itself on the palate.
