Another great value from the Languedoc. This is a seriously fine wine, at a very un-serious price. Produced at a single-estate and aged in a mixture of French and American Oak this 93 Pointer would easily eclipse much more expensive bottles from more famous regions.

Tasting Notes: Deep violet in color, with layered aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, cacao, spices, and floral hints. Full-bodied with black fruit, a touch of minerality, and chewy tannins—a bold yet balanced Southern Rhône-style red.

Pairings: Prime Rib Roast, Lamburgers, Roasted Pork Tenderloin
