Beautiful, rich, harmonious and mouth-filling wine. The 16% alcohol is present, but certainly not overpowering; it goes well with this sturdy organic wine. It matures for 12 months in small American barrels and then for at least 6 months in the bottle. It has a nose with full fruit tones in which cherry and black mulberry can be discovered. Furthermore, various herbs, red pepper, nuts and oriental herbs. A pleasantly complex scent with a recognizable balance and high quality. No dominant but rather pleasant support due to the wood bearing. Pairings: Fresh Seafood, White Meat, Soft Cheese
