Napa's other classic Bordeaux red. Merlot thrives in the warm Mediterranean climate of the Napa valley. Some bottle age here brings complexity to marry with the bright red fruit Merlot is known for. 

Tasting Notes: This rich and bold Merlot presents a complex nose with waves of dried sage, mushroom, and forest floor, evolving into rose and floral notes. The palate is lean with noticeable tannins up front, mellowing to reveal dusty cocoa, chocolate, and jammy fruit, finishing with hints of oak and cedar.

Pairings: Herb-Crusted Lamb, Wild Mushroom Risotto, Grilled Portobello Mushrooms
