Heading outside of the best known haunts of Rioja and Ribero del Duero we found this great example of a Tempranillo & Garnacha (Grenache) blend. Delicious fruit with soft tannins - this is an easy, uncomplicated but very, very enjoyable drinking.

Tasting Notes: Ripe red and dark cherries dominate the nose, complemented by notes of spice, cocoa powder, tobacco, and leather. The palate is edged with wet stone, offering a fresh and zippy acidity.

Pairings: Charcuterie Board, Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Aged Manchego Cheese
